Spanish speaking Customer Service Representative

You will be responsible for the following:

Handle all incoming request from customers on their policies

Take premiums from customers

Return all phone messages promptly

Handle claims inquiries from customers

Provide exceptional customer service

Be outstanding at relationship building

Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity

Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program

Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.

Requirements

A General Lines Property & Casualty License-or be willing to obtain

Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude

Proficiency in multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up

Confident, self-starter who works well independently.

Prior Customer Service experience.

Driven and goal-oriented individual.

Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is a Must.
